House 96 < Back
The house has a wonderful location, facing south and with magnificent views. The building design objective was to recreate the simple forms of the vernacular architecture.
Our aim was to use as fewer materials as possible for the finishes, sandstone was used for the exterior linings and the ground floor floorings.
In the last level, the office enjoys splendid views of the city, besides being opened by a large window to the living room with double height, achieving a sense of great transparency and having a floating bridge on the terrace.
In the entrance hall there is a sculptural, wood-lined staircase which leads up to the first floor, where the bedrooms are located.
